Hey friend, 

In a world that pushes us to measure our worth by our productivity or to conform to rigid roles, this is a reminder: You are more than what you produce. You are more than what you’ve been told to be. We live in a society that often demands our bodies be docile, quiet, contained—that we not move, feel, relate, or take up space beyond what’s considered “normal.” Even when we know this, we can still feel its effects. Even as we fight for liberation, we need reminders. This practice is one of those reminders. It’s an invitation to return to yourself. To feel. To play. To experiment. To remember.
